I never did time on a gun charge and the entire statement is false. The DA caught the plaintiff in a lie and dismissed all charges and trial dates and my records were expunged. The gun charge was never on the paper work when I was served my the Mecklenburg county sheriff and the other charges were slapped while I was already behind bars. Which caused the DA and magistrate to drop everything. I never owned a gun nor did I have any possession of a fire arm. There should be a name make and model of the weapon if there is any in the files. This is something I was not aware of. The plaintiff was a military vet and decided to press false charges because I would not engage in mixing promiscuous activity with her while she is intoxicated. We were roommates,and platonic not in relationship. Thank you
